An Epic Anniversary

Hello fellow fans! I decided to dedicate my first post to none other than the queen of pop herself, Britney Spears. Some would argue that title, but I could refute any argument by a myriad of statistics. It so happens that this month (January 2018) marks 19 years since the slaying single "...Baby one more time" was released. Oh baby, baby what an infamous 19 years it has been for this pop sensation. Starting with this track, it was on the top 100 chart for 32 weeks in a row. This boppin' song is Britney's longest charting single. When first recording this song, this incredible icon stated "When I started working with Max Martin in Sweden, He played the demo for "baby One More Time" for me, and I knew from the start it was one of those songs you want to hear again and again. It just felt really right." Boy, was it ever right!

Oops, She did it again- A Current Update

I must confess, I still believe she is number one. As far as recent success and fame, Britney has been preforming her Piece of Me tour in Las Vegas doing multiple shows a week since 2013. The tour has grossed over 100 million dollars, and has just recently ended December of 2017. The sensational singer has divulged she doesn't know what is coming next in her career, but whatever it is- we can expect greatness. Dear Britney, from all of us following your every move for nearly 20 years, please know we are stoked to see what happens next. We all have one rallying cry "hit me baby one more time" -with one more slammin single. Keep changing the world, one belly-shirt at a time.
