Everyone has heard the name Camila Cabello, and if you haven't-you are about to! 2018 is her year, and its only just begun! This girl is taking over the airwaves by her electrifying tunes and moves! She hails from a small town just outside of Havana in Cuba, but has quickly become a world wide sensation. Real Friends
Growing up, Camila wanted to be a musician, and really looked up to Demi Lovato. Coincidentally enough, Demi was one of the Judges on the show The X-factor, where Camila got her start. Thanks to her persistency and a little help from Simon Cowell, she made it on the show. She was then grouped up with four other girls, and thus the sensational girl band Fifth Harmony was born. They went Far on the show and their success kept climbing. One of their singles, Work From Home was in the top 5 on Billboards top 100.
Havana
Camila decided to go her own way (High School Musical reference intended) in late December of 2016. She left Fifth Harmony to pursue her career as a solo artist and has been incredibly successful ever since. She Featured in a single Bad Things with Machine Gun Kelly which hit number one on the charts. Her very own single Havana also reached number 1 in record time. In January Her first solo album debut at number 1, making her the first female artist to do that since Meghan Trainor in 2015. Pop music definitely has a new queen.
Never Be The Same
Camilla Cabello is about to kick off on her first solo tour. She will be headlining in arenas all over the country. This tour only lasts a few months however, because she is joining Charlie XCX and Taylor Swift, opening for her Bad Reputation tour. As for the future for her, only great things are in store! until next time, Camilizer out.
